Liu | | Ching-Yi
Liu is Associate Professor of Law at the Graduate Institute of National Development,
National Taiwan University. She also serves as a commissioner on Taiwan’s Consumer
Protection Commission and Central Election Commission. Prior to joining the institute
in 2004, she taught law at Tamkang University for two years and at the Graduate
Institute of Industrial Economics, National Central University, for five years.
After receiving her first master’s degree in law from the Graduate Institute of
Law, National Taiwan University in 1993, Ching-Yi continued her studies in the
USA on a scholarship from the Taiwan government. She received an LLM from Harvard
Law School in 1994 and a JSD from the University of Chicago Law School in 1997.
Her current research and publications focus on the regulation of cyberspace, technology
and law, and anti-trust law, among others. |  |
