| Shelah Lardizabal is Programme Officer of the APEC Business Advisory Council Secretariat. She is also Project Manager for the Foundation for Information Technology Education and Development (FIT-ED), established to increase IT awareness in the Philippines and to help prepare Philippine society for the information age. FIT-ED acted as the secretariat of the e-ASEAN Task Force from 1999 to 2002. Shelah was part of the secretariat team. She has an MA in Asian Studies from the University of the Philippines. |
