Jong-Sung Hwang is Executive Vice President at the National Computerization Agency
(NCA) of Korea. He received his PhD in political science from Yonsei University
in 1994 and joined NCA in 1995. His main responsibility is to develop national
IT strategies and ubiquitous services. He is also responsible for promoting the
application of new technologies such as RFID and web service. Dr Hwang currently
serves as the president of the Korea RFIS/USN Center and the chief director of
the U-City Forum. |
